The Sealey ASG50 is designed to mitigate this danger by providing a robust, adjustable mesh barrier specifically for the YK509F, YK509FAH, and YK50FFP floor presses. The guard is built around a lightweight aluminium frame which houses a heavy-duty steel mesh, offering high impact resistance while keeping the overall weight manageable for the operator. It features five height adjustment levels, enabling the user to bring the guard down close to the table for maximum containment of small parts or raise it for larger assemblies. The one-way spring-loaded locking clips are a standout functional detail, allowing the guard to be raised and secured in a single motion. This ensures that safety remains a seamless part of the pressing process rather than a cumbersome secondary task. By bolting directly to the press table, the ASG50 provides a stable, permanent safety enclosure that protects both the operator and other personnel in the immediate vicinity.
