VTMB-30 Mobile Brake Tester
The VTMB-30 mobile brake tester is designed to deliver accurate and reliable brake performance testing for both light and heavy-duty vehicles, making it a versatile solution for workshops, fleet operators, and authorised inspection providers.
Built for flexibility, this system allows full brake testing to be carried out in outdoor or temporary environments, removing the need for fixed installations or costly groundwork. Its mobile design makes it particularly well suited for on-site inspections, enabling operators to maintain high testing standards wherever the equipment is deployed.
Powered by twin 7.5 kW motors, the VTMB-30 provides consistent performance and dependable operation, even under demanding testing conditions. With a braking force range of 0-30 kN and a maximum axle load capacity of 18 tonnes, it is capable of handling a wide range of vehicle types, from light commercial vehicles through to heavy goods vehicles.
The system operates at a controlled testing speed of 2.5 km/h, ensuring precise measurement and safe operation during inspections. Its 1000 mm roller length further supports stability and accuracy throughout the testing process.
Combining robust construction with practical mobility, the VTMB-30 offers a cost-effective and efficient alternative to traditional in-ground brake testers, making it an ideal choice for businesses looking to expand their testing capabilities without infrastructure limitations.
