Description
The BM5010 roller brake tester is capable of measuring up to 1450 daN/kgf in each wheel, which equals or out-performs most conventional brake testers on the market.
This brake tester features a large range of options that allows for a customized configuration.
OPTIONS
- Robust and long lasting:
- All steel is of highest quality and hot galvanized.
- Consists of an integral motorized gear box, two main rollers and a spring loaded sensor roller, all placed in a galvanized steel frame.
- The wear surfaces of the rollers are based on mesh steel to ensure a long life time and accurate measurements.
- Can be supplied in a minimum configuration and still allows for later upgrade to all options.
- Prepared for test line expansion including suspension tester, speedometer tester and side slip tester all controlled from the same electronics with results shown on one display

ADVANTAGES

installation
- Can be installed in-ground using a hot galvanized subframe. Thus it can be used on-ground in a temporary location and later moved to a new location to be – if requested – installed in-ground.
- Can be installed both indoor and outdoor in most environments from -30ºC to 60°C and humidity up to 95.
