Operating a 100-tonne hydraulic press requires the highest levels of safety, and this guard is specifically engineered to provide that protection for the PPF100S model. At this industrial level of force, the potential for catastrophic energy release is significant, making a high-impact physical barrier absolutely essential. It features a heavy-duty steel mesh screen within a rigid aluminium frame, designed to catch and contain any fragments or dislodged workpieces. The guard is highly adjustable, offering five height settings that allow the operator to customise the coverage based on the specific geometry of the industrial component being pressed. The one-way spring-loaded locking clips enable the guard to be raised and snapped into position instantly, ensuring safety protocols do not slow down the workflow. By bolting directly to the sides of the press table, tit moves in tandem with the table height, ensuring the operator remains protected at all times during the pressing cycle.
