At the higher end of hydraulic force, the risk of component shatter or unexpected ejection is significantly increased, making a dedicated mesh guard an essential workshop requirement. This unit consists of a heavy-duty steel mesh screen mounted within a robust, lightweight aluminium frame, allowing easy, fluid adjustment by the operator. It features five height adjustment levels, enabling the mesh to be positioned close to the workpiece for maximum energy absorption and debris containment. The one-way spring-loaded locking clips ensure the guard remains firmly in the selected position, providing immediate protection once the desired height is reached. By bolting directly to the sides of the press table, this ensures that safety is maintained as the table is adjusted to suit different job requirements, making it an indispensable upgrade for high-capacity pressing stations.
