Description
The WL50AT/4 PG is a 5-tonne dual-revenue scissor lift designed for MOT centres that want to combine Class 4 and Class 7 ATL or OPTL testing with wheel alignment work. Built in Italy, it features 5.2 m recessed platforms, hydraulic play detectors, front recesses for radius or turn plates and rear slip plates. This makes the lift equally at home in a high-throughput MOT lane or as the foundation of a professional wheel alignment bay.
The longer platforms and 5,000 kg capacity allow the lift to handle a broad range of cars, vans, motorhomes and eligible light commercial vehicles, subject to vehicle weight and test-lane approval. The rear slip plates allow the suspension to move and settle during alignment procedures, while the front recesses are ready to accept suitable turn plates. Because this version does not include auxiliary lifting tables, it offers a focused and cost-effective specification for businesses whose main priorities are MOT testing and alignment.
Recessed installation keeps the workshop floor clear and makes vehicle loading straightforward. The platforms rise to 2.1 m for comfortable under-vehicle access and remain level through hydraulic synchronisation. Overload protection, safety valves for sudden pressure loss, 24 V hold-to-run controls and manual emergency lowering are incorporated into the lift design. The WL50AT/4 PG is an excellent option for operators seeking a high-capacity MOT and alignment lift without paying for wheel-free functionality they may not need.
