Description
The WL50N/4 PG is a heavy-duty 5-tonne ATL scissor lift designed for MOT centres and commercial vehicle workshops requiring greater capacity and longer platforms. Manufactured in Italy, the lift offers 5.2 m wheel-support platforms, hydraulic play detectors and recessed front positions for radius or turn plates. It is a practical choice for Class 4 and Class 7 ATL or OPTL bays handling cars, vans, motorhomes and other eligible light commercial vehicles within the lift capacity and approved test-lane specification.
Recessed installation allows the lift to sit neatly within the workshop floor when lowered. This provides a clean drive-through approach, reduces trip hazards and improves access for vehicles with low ground clearance. At full height, the platforms rise to 2.1 m, giving technicians generous working space beneath longer and heavier vehicles. Hydraulic platform synchronisation supports level, controlled operation throughout the lifting cycle.
The WL50N/4 PG is the straightforward ATL version of the range, without rear wheel alignment slip plates or auxiliary wheel-free lifting tables. That makes it well suited to operators who need a dedicated, high-capacity MOT lift and general wheel-supported service platform. Manufacturer safety systems include overload protection, valves to guard against sudden pressure loss, 24 V hold-to-run controls and manual emergency lowering. V-Tech can help with test-lane planning, civil-work drawings, installation and the wider MOT bay equipment package.
