Description
The WT40ATLT PG is the most versatile 4-tonne scissor lift in this range. It brings together Class 4 ATL or OPTL testing, wheel alignment preparation and wheel-free lifting in one compact recessed platform. Manufactured in Italy, the lift uses 4.8 m wheel-support platforms and includes hydraulic play detectors, front recesses for radius or turn plates, rear slip plates and integrated 3.5-tonne auxiliary lifting tables.
This dual-revenue configuration allows an MOT test centre to use the same bay for testing, steering and suspension inspection, four-wheel alignment and mechanical repair work. The rear slip plates allow the vehicle suspension to settle naturally during alignment procedures, while the front recesses accept suitable turn plates. When the wheels need to be removed, the auxiliary tables lift the vehicle clear of the main platforms using the supplied rubber pads.
Recessed installation keeps the lane open and easy to drive onto, which is particularly useful in workshops where every metre of floor space matters. Hydraulically synchronised platforms and lifting tables provide controlled movement, with a maximum main lifting height of 2.1 m. Built-in safety measures include overload valves, pressure-loss protection, 24 V hold-to-run controls and manual emergency lowering. For businesses seeking a high-earning Class 4 MOT lift that can also support wheel alignment and repair services, the WT40ATLT PG offers an exceptionally capable all-in-one solution.
