Description
The WT40N PG is a 4-tonne ATL scissor lift designed for busy Class 4 MOT test centres and vehicle workshops that need a clear, efficient test lane. Manufactured in Italy, this electro-hydraulic lift combines long 4.8 m wheel-support platforms with hydraulic play detectors and recessed front positions for radius or turn plates. It gives MOT testers the equipment needed to inspect steering and suspension movement while keeping the lane compact and easy to access.
The lift is installed into a prepared recess so the platforms sit close to floor level when fully lowered. This creates a neat, unobstructed workshop and makes vehicle positioning straightforward, including for cars with low ground clearance. Hydraulically synchronised platforms provide smooth, level lifting, while the 2.1 m lifting height gives technicians comfortable access beneath the vehicle for inspection, servicing and repair work.
This version is ideal for garages that want a dedicated Class 4 ATL or OPTL lift without the added cost of wheel alignment slip plates or auxiliary wheel-free lifting tables. Safety features include overload protection, protection against sudden hydraulic pressure loss, 24V hold-to-run controls and a manual lowering system for use during a power failure. We can support site planning, supply, installation and integration with the rest of your MOT bay equipment.
